Join our choir in Leigh-on-Sea/Southend for a FREE taster session

Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'?

The Leigh on Sea Rock Choir is led by local vocal tutor Josh Gernon. You've probably heard of our mysterious choir flash mobs around the country for Comic Relief, our sell-out performances at venues like the O2 or our hit ITV documentary, but at Rock Choir we know it's not just about the unique huge events, it's about our choir members singing in the community. Join your local Leigh on Sea Rock Choir to become part of this 'national phenomenon' (as described in the Sunday Times) and discover a whole new world of opportunities to socialise and make friends!

Rock Choir offers the chance to sing pop, rock and Motown songs together in a comfortable, unauditioned way. There are a minimum of 10 singing sessions a term with lots of extra FREE rehearsals in the year to get you happy and ready to do the really fun bit - sing and perform as a choir, and any commitment you make are organised to fit around the main holiday times in the year. You can contact our friendly team (many of whom sing in Rock Choir themselves!) by phone, email or directly book your FREE singing taster session at rockchoir.com/join.

Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir has helped me through really bad times in my life. Singing together lifts my spirits and helps me forget all my worries. I have made really good friends and it has certainly raised my confidence!! A year ago would never have attempted a solo but now enjoy the challenge. Rock Choir is really good fun and I do love singing anyway.' - Pauline (Rock Choir Member)
