New Beginners' Introduction to Tai Chi
These classes will introduce the Beginner to the principles and practice of Tai Chi in an engaging and stimulating way, using solo training, partner work, demonstrations, and short talks. All sessions will be led by a professional instructor with over 25 years’ teaching experience who is also a co-host for founding family master, Chen Yingjun, on his visits to the UK.
