The Dark Side of the Moon goes Gold!
Darkside, the Pink Floyd Show, returns to The Maltings, Ely for two special nights of fabulous Pink Floyd music.
Friday night will be dedicated to celebrating the 50th anniversary of the iconic 1973 album The Dark Side Of The Moon, which will be performed in full. The show will also feature a selection of favourites in a two-and-a-half-hour spectacular that has been leaving audiences enthralled and elated across the country.
Saturday night is entitled ‘From the Piper to the Bell’ and will be packed with the very best of Pink Floyd, from their 1967 debut The Piper At The Gates of Dawn through to their 1994 album the The Division Bell.
Expect to hear tracks from Pink Floyd’s vast catalogue including A Saucerful Of Secrets, Meddle, Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Wall and more!
With a mesmeric light show to accompany both nights, and performed in glorious quadraphonic surround sound, this will be a sight and sound spectacular and an absolute must see show for any Floyd fan.
It is also Darkside’s eighteenth year on the road and so they are also celebrating their coming of age!
To complement their superb musicianship, the sensational Cariss Auburn will be sprinkling both evenings with her musical magic and divine backing vocals.
This is an experience not to be missed!
