Pilates Flow
Pilates Flow is a slightly faster pace with less time to rest. Routines are choreographed to flow from one exercise to the next encouraging a whole body experience.You will connect to your breath to guide the pace of movement and benefit from improved core control, muscle tone, posture, dynamic alignment and flexibility
Everyone is welcome although some basic Pilates experience is advised.
First Class on Friday 6th January at 10:45am for 1 hour.
Class with run same time every Friday for 6 weeks.
