Cooking Demonstration with Julie Jones
Badminton Estate is thrilled to announce a programme of Live Cooking and Food Demonstrations for 2023 in collaboration with Everhot Cookers.
To start us off for the New Year we have the fabulous chef, Julie Jones. Julie is a global Instagram star thanks to her carefully crafted, beautifully styled pies, tarts and bakes.
The class starts with a cooking demonstration, showing off Julie’s unique and exquisite style of pastry making with helpful hints and tricks to demystify the ‘Art in Pastry’. Everyone will receive a sweet pie and tart to practise their own designs on before enjoying some delicious lunch, made by Julie, and of course wine, with the chance to mingle and chat all things food. Julie will be available to answer any questions throughout this part demonstration and part hands on morning. All your creations can be taken home to enjoy later with boxes provided.
Classes will be held in the Old Kitchen at Badminton House using an Everhot Cooker. Julie’s latest book ‘Expressions: Art in Pastry‘ will be also be available to purchase.
