So much interest in two contrasting gardens. At 5 Priams Way there is lots of colour, unusual plants and playful design. A large productive grape vine and several pots of variously coloured camellias lead to the landscaped garden, with a pond and a lush lawn surrounded by wide curves of herbaceous borders, restocked following last years drought. Seating in the family barbecue area allows visitors to stop for a few minutes and admire the acer shrubs and trees, and an unusual oak leaf hydrangea. New in the last few years is an expanding collection of hibiscus plants in several different colours. Metalwork sculptures, mostly made locally, is used to enhance some planting or as stand alone features. 3A Dukes Meadow has some unusual cultivars and plants, many propogated by the owners.
