Markenfield Hall - Open Garden for NGS
The gardens surrounding this moated, medieval manor house are the work of the owner Lady Deirdre Curteis and gardener Giles Gilbey. Mature planting combines with recently designed areas where walls with espaliered apricots and figs frame a mix of hardy perennials. In 2018 the Farmhouse Border was replanted and now blends seamlessly with the main East Border. Inc woodland tour.
