Staploe Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Old Farm Cottage: Formal and terraced beds with roses, and lawns, surrounding thatched house (not open), leading to 3 acres of orchard, wildflower meadow, woodland and wetland maintained for wildlife. Ginkgo, loquat and manuka trees grown from seed. Falling Water House: a mature woodland garden, constructed around several century old trees inc three Wellingtonia. Kitchen garden potager, and herbaceous borders, planted to attract bees and wildlife, through which meandering paths have created hidden vistas.
