The peaceful garden of a Retreat House with beautiful countryside views. History talks in adjacent Church of St John's. Inspiration for T.S. Eliot's 'Little Gidding' quartet. Tranquil seating set amongst the walled bee friendly flower beds, knowledgeable gardeners on hand to discuss plantings, used books for sale, lawn with family games. Annual meadow area. Walled veg garden being redeveloped.
