Alverton Cottage is a Grade II listed Regency house. The garden is modest in size though large for a Penzance garden, south facing and sheltered by mature trees inc elms. Very large monkey-puzzle tree and holm oak. Laid out in the 1860s, we have added a succulent area, fernery and have cleared and replanted since 2019. In nearby Morrab Sub-tropical Gardens the 'Friends' will also welcome visitors.
