Rainbow Cow Painting Workshop with Sue Gardner
All the materials needed for the day are provided, Spend the day with me painting, learning and socialising with a small group of friendly artists and take home your own original colourful folk art style Highland Cow painting on canvas. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers alike. This workshop is a lovely relaxing one, adding little shapes and doodled wildflowers and seedpods, stars, and hearts to your painting is mindfulness at its best!
The focus is on confidence building, simplifying the process so that you create your piece from start to finish, following the steps. Develop your own style by choosing the colours you want to use and experimenting with shapes and marks made with brush, tools and stencils to create a completely unique original piece. You can make your cow painting as simple or as filled with detail as you like.
There is plenty of individual attention given, helping keep your creativity flowing.
We begin at 10 am and paint till 4 pm with breaks for coffee/tea and homemade cake, and a buffet lunch which is provided. These workshops are always lighthearted and fun, with plenty of laughs, it’s a chance to relax away from it all.
Wear clothing that can survive an accidental splash of paint, and get ready to have fun, relax and learn.
