Breathing and the Power of Breath.

In these practical workshops I will guide you through a series of easy-to-follow breathing exercises to help you relax, feel centered, calm, balanced and energised.

Whether you're a busy professional looking to reduce stress, an athlete seeking to improve your physical and mental performance, or simply someone seeking to improve your overall quality of life, this workshop is for you.

Harness the power of your breath, become aware of where tensions lie in your body, how they impact you and how to release them through the power of your breath.

At the end of the sessions you will feel centered, grounded, balanced and calm.

About me: I studied at a classical drama school in London learning voice, breath, movement and dance from the some superb teacher and practitioners and would like to share what I can.
