Journey with this outstanding quartet through Beethoven’s String Quartets, heard interwoven with readings of the composer’s own letters to friends, lovers and family, read by Game of Thrones and Endeavour star, Anton Lesser. This beautifully-designed programme features movements from the early, middle and late quartets, including excerpts from the Razumovsky and Serioso quartets, as well as the heartrending op. 132.
