Springtime Needle Felting Workshop
Join local crafter and tutor Gail for this creative needle felting workshop.
Gail will teach you how to turn a bundle of fluffy wool fibres into a 3-dimensional creature by repeatedly prodding with a barbed felting needle.
Starting with some basic shapes you will then make a cute little chick, rabbit, hedgehog or chicken, or maybe some small Easter eggs to hang on your Easter tree if you prefer.
The workshop will run from 10am to 3pm, with a break for lunch (included in the ticket price) and time to stretch your legs if you fancy a little wander in the beautiful lower Derwent Valley from our doorstep.
Your felted creations would make the perfect Easter gift (or maybe keep it all to yourself) - or why not buy the workshop as a gift for a friend or loved one (we can create a gift voucher - please get in touch after booking your ticket).
Please note: this class is for adults only, please do not bring dogs (for their safety in case we break any needles, which sometimes happens).
Limited places and booking essential.
Starts at 10:00am and runs to 3:00pm
Tickets £55 including all materials, along with a tea/coffee and lunch from our classics sandwich/soup menu and a delicious home-baked cake.
