Long Eaton Silver Prize Band is a Community Based Band which encourages and supports all members of the community by providing the means to learn to play as well as enjoy music. The Band is also involved in charitable events within the community. Due to the commitment the Band shows in supporting the Annual “Festival Of Remembrance” at the Winding Wheel, SAFEvents has joined forces and together they will produce an event to benefit both The Band and Chesterfields Sea Cadets, Navy and Marine. HMS DANAE TS Chesterfield provides training and Involvement for our young people who can then develop their skills and support their comrades.
