Slow Stitch Workshop with Sylvia Hammond
Sitting amongst the inspiring artwork on show in the 'Touch of Colour' exhibition in Lansdown Hall, Stroud, artist and stitcher Sylvia Hammond will be leading a SLOW STITCH workshop and chat.
Sylvia writes: I just love to stitch, it is in my DNA, passed down through generations. My favourite technique is hand sewing, slow and mindful, I love the rippling texture of the final stitched fabric as well as the meditative nature of the actual stitching.
Join Sylvia for an evening of calm, learn more about her work and the whole Slow Stitch movement.
