Repair Week: Join the Fixing Revolution in Manchester

Bigger and better than ever, this year Repair Week – previously only in London – launches in Greater Manchester for the first time from 20-26 March.

In partnership with waste management company, SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, Recycle for Greater Manchester (R4GM) are promoting repair skills across the city region and opening the doors to their Renew Hub, where hundreds of tonnes of pre-loved items which would otherwise have gone to waste are brought for repair and resale – with all of the money going back to the local community.

As well as a tour of this amazing facility, Manchester Bike Kitchen will be hosting a drop-in bike maintenance session, and Recycling Lives will be demonstrating how to fix common household appliances.

To find out more about Repair Week, see what’s happening and for more information, and online hacks and advice visit: recycleforgreatermanchester.com/repair-week
23rd March 2023, 10am-1pm.

It's free to attend the workshops but spaces are limited and we expect demand to be high, so please book your space and only book if you are sure you can make it.
