Living a Joyful Meaningful Life
In these classes we will learn scientific methods for improving our human nature and qualities through developing the capacity of our mind.
By developing and maintaining compassion and wisdom in daily life, we can transform our lives, improve our relationships with others and look behind appearances to see the way things really are.
These classes include guided meditations and a practical talk about integrating positive insights into daily life. Each class will begin with a breathing meditation to settle the mind and then a talk exploring the topic of the week. This will be followed by a concluding meditation to help us take the understandings to heart.
Suitable for Beginners. Everyone is welcome.
