Ocean of Peace
In this relaxing morning retreat we will learn how to use meditation on the Mind (known as Mahamudra meditation) to experience greater peace, clarity and well-being. Derived from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition, you will be lead on a voyage of exploration of your mind through which you can discover your own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.
No previous meditation experience is required.
Suitable for beginners and also for those wanting to refresh their meditation practice, these meditation mornings are a great way to learn basic meditation techniques and to improve and deepen our experience of meditation.
This course comprises two one-hour sessions with guided meditations and talk.
