Mind over Muscle Festival 2023
Tickets are selling fast for the Mind over Muscle Festival – former SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ant Middleton’s biggest event in Kent to date.
The 250-acre Betteshanger Park site will be transformed for the festival to accommodate endurance activities including commando training, highland game activities, abseiling and open water swimming. For those that really want to challenge themselves, they can take part in “The Sickener” hosted by Ant Middleton from the main stage, as well as Kent’s toughest obstacle course races.
There will also be wellness lectures, yoga, tai-chi and ice tanks as part of the wellbeing programme. The festival is open to all and suitable for all ages and abilities.
After an action-packed agenda during the day, visitors will be able to take advantage of the fully licensed bar, gourmet street food and live music. Top DJ, Tom Zanetti, will take to the stage as the festival’s headline act to play all your favourite dance tunes.

Doors open at 8am and the music is expected to finish at 11pm.
The festival will take place on Saturday 17 June 2023. Day tickets are priced at £99 for adults - with payment plans available from just £24.75 per month - and £55 for under 16s. Family day tickets (for two adults and two children) are available for £250. Camping options will be available nearby.
