So often we can spend time ‘doing’ things in nature without actually just ‘being’ in nature. Mindfulness in Nature observes this difference during a mindful walk through part of the nature reserve, giving you a taster of how tuning into your surroundings can enhance your experience in nature and your well-being. Beginning with a short grounding meditation and an exercise focusing on the present, we will then take a gentle walk around part of the nature reserve using all our senses to immerse ourselves in the natural environment, before returning and reflecting on our experiences.
