FREE taster session with the Saffron Walden Rock Choir
Are you looking to find a local choir to join
The Saffron Walden Rock Choir is led by local singing teacher Sam Herbert. People who have already joined the choir, who hail from Saffron Walden and further afield in Essex come from all walks of life and most had no singing experience or ever thought their singing journey would ever take them on TV or radio (not compulsory :-) ). Once you join the choir you will find you learn the songs by rote from a brilliant set of resources and you will be amazed how quickly you go from 'not sure' to 'performance ready'. The songs are uniquely arranged to make songs easy to sing yet still challenge you in places.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Saffron Walden Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Saffron Walden choir members recommend their friends!
