Bakewell International Day of Dance

Over 30 groups performing in six different outdoor venues in the beautiful market town of Bakewell. They represent dancing styles from around the world - Appalachian, MIddle East, Morris, Line dancing, Ballroom, Bollywood, Salsa, Flamenco and others. There is also an opportunity for audience participation. Wet weather programme in the Town Hall if needed

Hour long workshops French and Middle East with others to be confirmed.

In the evening a ceilidh dancing to the Well Dressed band in the Town Hall

11am to 4.30pm for the outdoor venues - free
Wet weather programme from 12 noon
