Cerne Abbas Open Gardens

About 25 private gardens in Cerne Abbas will be open from 2pm until 6pm on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June. This is the 48th time that this event will take place and, as always, the proceeds will be divided between a cause in the village and another outside; this year the Cerne Historical Society and Godmanstone church restoration fund. A few gardens are accessible on wheelchairs and most gardens accept well behaved dogs on leads. There is a well-regarded plant stall and teas are provided by the local Youth Club, both commencing at 1pm. Almost all gardens are within easy walking distance of the free car park and are located on maps distributed with the ticket.
