Free Community Yoga for seniors 65+. A gentle Dru Yoga session from 10.30.am - 11.30. Further dates to follow. A mix of chair-based, standing and lying down on the floor, all movements desiged to be as accessible as possible. Alternative movements available to suit limited mobility.
