Polperro Fishermen’s Choir in Looe
Polperro Fishermen’s Choir has helped raised many thousands of pounds for the RNLI in various different locations around the country so please come and enjoy this free concert in Looe RNLI boathouse on Tuesday 8th August at 7.30pm. With excellent acoustics and seating, the lifeboat station makes a very good concert hall in a lovely place. Polperro Fishermen’s Choir were the first to use the venue when, many years ago, it started to rain on their open-air concert on Looe sea-front so they asked if they could sing in the boathouse. It has now become a very popular location for concerts, and many choirs have performed there. The concert is free but please toss some money into the RNLI buckets. Every donation, large and small, makes a difference.
