Funky Fridays at Leadenhall Market
Throughout June, the atrium of the City of London’s Leadenhall Market will be alive with the acoustics of a variety of musical performances, as the iconic Victorian market announces its new ‘Funky Fridays’ series.
Performances will include jazz and calypso from Valentino's Street Band Trio, acoustic pop songs from London Acoustic Project, opera in a gondola from Oyster Opera and jazz, soul and blues from the market’s resident actor and singer, Charlie Carter.

Taking place every Friday from 2 June, the market will be hosting musical talent of all genres, for visitors, shoppers and diners to enjoy over lunchtime from 12-2pm. The performances are all free to watch and can be enjoyed from the comfort of the market’s deck chairs, while the beautiful cobbled alleyways also provide ample space for those who want to have a boogie.
