Free Yoga for International Day of Yoga
To celebrate International Yoga Day, Michelle Helstrip Dru Yoga Therapist, is teaching a free evening yoga session at the Hindu temple/community centre 6-7pm on Wednesday 21 June 2023. Gentle Dru Yoga suitable for all, with an emphasis on working together in the class to create a sense of harmony and peace. Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water. Children 8yrs+ may attend with a participating parent/ guardian. Open to all in the local community.
