On tour this summer with this timeless tale of love at first sight, secret vows, violent hatred and fateful misunderstandings that leads to heart-breaking tragedy. Having performed Romeo & Juliet in 2014, 2018 and 2019, Bowler Crab combines the best elements from each tour for this 2026 production with an all new cast.
Performance is outdoors on the Sixpenny Lawn (although going inside the Dukes Library will be available in the case of inclement weather)
To attend the event, please enter through the iconic Abbey Gates onto the Battle Abbey Grounds.
No English Heritage fee will be required to enter to see the show but exploring the ruins and further battle grounds will.
A bar with alcoholic, hot and soft drinks will be provided with homemade cakes.
Toilet facilities are available inside the building.
Please park in Battle as parking is unavailable at the school for this event.
Some chairs will be provided but feel free to bring your own lawn furniture.
