A ranger from Dorset Wildlife Trust will lead you on a wander around the island, lakes and lagoon to experience the peace and tranquillity of Brownsea out of hours. The soundtrack to this experience is provided by the island's wildlife as it busies and day breaks.
Afterwards, enjoy a delicious breakfast roll and hot drink in our harbour-fronted café before heading back on the National Trust boat to Sandbanks at either 10:20am, 11:20am or 12:30pm.
For the September walk we're giving people the option to spend the night under canvas before the event with 10% off a stay at the island's historic campsite. If you choose to book with the campsite and take advantage of this offer, you would arrive anytime on the Friday from Poole Quay (rather than Sandbanks) on the yellow ferry and make your way up to the campsite to set up camp for the night.
Should you wish to book a campsite stay ahead of this event email: brownseaislandcampsite@nationaltrust.org.uk with proof of your booking for the Early morning bird walk, to receive 10% off your stay.
