Catherine aims to give confidence to new starters and an inspirational approach to drawing for more experienced artists. You will be provided with a sketchbook and drawing materials and each art walk will explore the use of different sketching tools & techniques.
The morning will be spent sketching at several locations in the garden, followed by a break at lunch time with time to visit the exhibition of Maggie Beale’s drawings in the house. Catherine will meet you again for the afternoon at the top Terrace Summerhouse to bring some colour to your sketchbooks and develop a drawing further to take home.
