Shakespeare Folio 400
2023 marks 400 years since Shakespeare’s first folio was published. William Shakespeare’s fame and notoriety in his own lifetime led to his works being laid down in text after his death, and in the intervening 4 centuries his position as one of the English language’s greatest playwrights has been firmly cemented. This filmed production is being presented at the Marina as part of our Shakespeare Folio 400 project.
