In our modern times, solutions seem difficult to come by. We finally decide on a solution but often find the solution itself gives rise to another set of problems! A good solution is to develop and maintain a peaceful and controlled mind able to transform any situation. Why not make some weekly time to discover the power of ancient buddhist wisdom, to transform our inner experience in a positive way and bring lasting solutions we so desperately need.
Over these weeks join with Gen Öpel to discover the advice and meditations found within the Lojong teachings of Kadampa Buddhism. Practical and profound, these teachings are explained in the text Universal Compassion, a commentary by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso to the text Training the Mind in Seven Points, by Geshe Chekhawa.
