FREE taster session with the Selby Rock Choir

Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'?

The Selby Rock Choir is led by local musician Kate Peters. Rock Choir is unequalled in the opportunities we can offer our members - from performing at top music and arts venues like Wembley Stadium for Saracens v Harlequins in 2012 and Guilfest to raising money for some of the UKs best-loved good causes such as Comic Relief,Sign2Sing and Missing People. Appearing on national television and singing with celebrities like Natasha Bedingfield has been exciting and exhilarating, but Rock Choir members still know the importance of supporting our local community causes and events!

Just like a gym class or amateur dramatic society, your membership of the choir provides an escape from everyday life. One evening a week, your time is completely your own, to do nothing but sing your heart out with our trailblazing formula of fun, friendship and feel-good music. Book a FREE singing taster session at the Selby Rock Choir and see for yourself!

Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir has helped me through really bad times in my life. Singing together lifts my spirits and helps me forget all my worries. I have made really good friends and it has certainly raised my confidence!! A year ago would never have attempted a solo but now enjoy the challenge. Rock Choir is really good fun and I do love singing anyway.' - Pauline (Rock Choir Member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
