FREE taster session with the Edinburgh City Centre Rock Choir
If you are wanting to find a choir you'll find a warm welcome with us in the Rock Choir.
Your friendly local Edinburgh choir is run by choir leader Elaine Williamson. The choir will be performing locally again soon so it's a chance for you to join in, sing and perform without pressure and under the supportive guidance of Elaine. Rock Choir members have performed at the Royal Albert Hall, on top of the BT tower and many more iconic venues across the country.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Edinburgh Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Edinburgh choir members recommend their friends!
Here is a quote about our choir - 'Rock Choir is great as it has given me the opportunity to sing again without the constraints of a formal choir. The pieces are broken down so you are able to learn them and you can also download songs to practise at home. Its a great way to release the stresess of life. Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
