Emma is back for another soothing Forest Bathing session this autumn to take you on a slow 5km walk around our woodlands & Deer Park with in small intimate groups, stopping to practice sensory exercises and mindfulness led by Emma to help your busy mind to be present. Forest bathing is described as a relaxing outdoor spa for the mind providing many benefits to health and well-being.
The sessions include a date on 21 December which is the winter solstice, a special time as you can feel more connected to the earth. Read more about why Emma finds this to be so special.
Starting from our Courtyard Café and ending the workshop, guests are invited to our Courtyard Café for a cup of herbal tea.
