Get Ready for City Lit's Mental Wealth Festival 2023

City Lit presents the eagerly awaited Mental Wealth Festival 2023 from Oct 9-14, in partnership with Bloomsbury Festival, Beyond Words, National Gallery, etc. This edition focuses on the power of connections in boosting mental health and well-being. The diverse program includes interactive talks, panel discussions, workshops in-person and online.

Highlights:

Inspiring Conversations: Engaging discussions, workshops, exhibitions on mental health and self-care, offering practical strategies.

Powerful Speakers: Notable figures like Psychologist Jess Baker; Clarke Carlisle, ex-Premier League player, and journalist wife Carrie; mental health campaigner Rob Stephenson; others.
Artistic Expression: Exhibitions and sessions by artists like Ian Tucknott, Naila Dunleavy, highlighting art's healing impact.
