Dementia Station - Hounslow
Welcome to our weekly social for those with dementia and memory issues, their carers and families. Enjoy rotating weekly dementia friendly activities to keep the brain and body active with singing and gentle exercise, music, arts, reminiscences, talks and a friendly chat in a safe space.
1st Tuesday - Singing for the Brain - dementia friendly fun singing
2nd Tuesday - Ba Duan Jin (Qigong) - simple gentle movement exercise
3rd Tuesday - Art and craft activities
4th/5th Tuesday - Reminiscences and relevant informative talks
