Celebrate Shropshire’s fantastic local produce at the Discovery Centre’s next Lamb Supper evening. Join Centre Manager, Grant, as he serves a delicious menu with wine, local beer and plenty of merriment.

To Start. Dressed Autumn Salad, Lane Cottage Leaves, Moyden’s Wrekin Blue cheese, foraged hazelnuts and Stiperstones Whinberries.
The Main course. Smashed Shropshire Lamb Burger, Brioche Bun, Roasted Beetroot, Slaw and Wedges
To Finish. Whinberry Pie, Crème Chantilly.
