Glastonbury Cantilena Choir Celebrates WILLIAM BYRD
Cantilena celebrates the 400th Anniversary of the death of composer WILLIAM BYRD. Featuring Byrd’s MASS FOR FOUR VOICES and lots more of his polyphonic genius, with additional music by his contemporaries including Thomas Tallis and Robert Parsons.
It promises to be a beautiful Christmas evening, where the Choir will again be showcasing and supporting local charity St Margaret’s Hospice Care.
