Christmas at Beamish daytimes are included in admission and are free to Beamish Unlimited Pass holders and Friends of Beamish members.
Father Christmas will be in his Grotto at Rowley Station Goods Yard every day from 25th November to 24th December. Grotto tickets during Christmas daytimes need to be booked online in advance, and will not be available to buy at the museum (subject to availability).
Tickets for the Grotto cost £8 (0-16 years) and include a gift from Father Christmas.

All visitors aged 5 and over will also need an Unlimited Pass or Friends of Beamish membership to visit Father Christmas’ Grotto. Passes are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
There is also the opportunity to see either Father Christmas or Mrs Claus travelling around the museum on traditional transport on weekends and daily from 16th to 24th December, be sure to give them a wave if you see them!
