Gingerbread Gonk Making Workshop
The Gonks ARE BACK this Christmas, and we cannot wait to see your creations.
Traditionally stemming from Nordic and Scandinavian mythology, the original folklore of these curious little creatures was said that traditionally families brought them in and treated them well and in return, the gonks would protect the family and give them good luck. Fast forward a few hundred years and they have become the nation’s favourite Christmas decoration to cosy up your home.
From their cute little button noses peeking out from under their festive hats to their long beards or plaits we will be there to show you what to do step by step, at the end your cute little dude or duddette gonk will be yours to take home to bring out year after year and help you celebrate at Christmas time.
Our Christmas Craft Shops are a relaxing and festive evening of crafting and bubbles designed to be enjoyed with friends, family, besties, work colleagues or friends you haven’t met yet. The bar at will be open at each venue for you to purchase a glass or two of your favourite festive tipple to enjoy during your workshop
