Buchanan Galleries Launches Campaign to Spread Goodwill this Christmas

Shoppers and visitors are invited to experience Christmas with love at Buchanan Galleries this December, as the centre embraces the season of goodwill.
Together with Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Social Bite, and No.1 Befriending Agency, Buchanan Galleries has launched various campaigns to encourage visitors to share that feel-good feeling whilst they complete their Christmas shopping this December.
Buchanan Galleries’ official charity partner, Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, will be hosting a range of activities and initiatives to help spread joy this festive season, whilst raising vital funds to support children undergoing treatment in hospital and their families.
The charity has launched its popular pop-up shop, located beneath the iconic flower wall in the centre, offering shoppers a variety of unique Christmas cards and gifts. Visitors will also be graced with the joyous sounds of choir performances by local schools, hospital choir groups and local ensembles, creating a delightful atmosphere with the sound of music.
To enhance the Christmas shopping experience, a gift-wrapping service will be available within the charity’s flagship store from Friday 8th December where volunteers will be offering a helping hand to help shoppers achieve the perfect finish on Christmas presents. On Wednesday 20th December, the charity will be joined by players and staff from Glasgow Warriors, to help wrap presents for customers for one day only.
All proceeds raised will go to help fund state-of-the-art medical equipment and life-changing care in the children’s hospital in Glasgow and across Scotland.
