Tuesday Evening Meditation: Meditation on the Go

In order to enjoy peace of mind and deal with everyday challeges, it is beneficial to integrate meditation practices into our daily life. During this course, Gen Nyingpo will give special advice that comes from the Buddhist lojong (training the mind) instructions.

These nuggets of wisdom advice bring power and effectiveness to our daily happiness, through our meditation practice.

June 4: How to meditate on the go
June 11: How to purify our mind
June 18: How to deal with difficult people
June 25: How to stay motivated

These weekly meditation classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. The classes are run as courses but you don't need to attend the full course and can just come along to individual classes as you wish.

These classes are taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for over 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world.
