27 Haverigg Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Relaxing 300ft cottage style garden backing on to sheep fields with views to Blackcombe and the Coniston hills. Designed to be wildlife friendly and cope with the exposed site and salt laden winds for which Walney is renowned. Wildlife pond, woodland area, herbaceous borders, vegetable and fruit beds, two summerhouses and many seating areas; plus a slate scree front garden.
