Barlborough is an ancient village, steeped in history, perched on the top of yellow limestone scarp in the furthest North East corner of Derbyshire. A range of interesting buildings can be seen all around the village centre inc St James The Greater Church, an ancient place of worship which will be open to visitors both afternoons of the July opening weekend. Five colourful gardens of different sizes and styles will be opening their garden gates, inc three new gardens.
