Wigan & Leigh Hospice - Open Garden for NGS
Large attractive gardens surround the Hospice creating a place of tranquillity. At the front are raised beds and a courtyard garden, at the rear 3 large ponds and a 'rainbow' bridge. Outside patients rooms are colourful mixed borders. A memorial daisy garden. A wildflower garden has been created which is a haven for wildlife. Awarded 'Gold' in NW in Bloom, featured on NW Tonight and RHS Tatton.
