Trio Paradis play a Café Concert on the first Thursday of each month (Feb-Dec) at 10.45am at Holy Trinity Church: informal feel-good music events with a café open from c10am where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and home-made cakes, and enjoy live music.
Iberia is a collection of music by mostly Spanish composers to bring us some sunshine during February, including Turina’s Circulo and works by de Falla, Fernandez-Arbos, Albeniz, Pauline Viardot and others.
The concert lasts around 45mins and entrance - or rather, exit! - is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection. There's no need to book, just turn up early for best seats and choice of cake as these concerts are very popular.
