Join cosy, candle-lit late evening sessions with a friendly group of like-minded men & women. You will work on a series of postures, breath work and meditation to help you to sleep well and leave you floating for the rest of the week. These classes are run by Nikita, the award winning Yoga teacher and founder of DNC Dance & Yoga Studio since 2011.
DNC Studio takes a holistic approach to Yoga, encompassing all aspects of Yoga, alongside physical postures, such as pranayama (breath work), nidra (relaxation) and meditation.
