The British Independent Film Festival 2024

Celebrating our 15th year of incredible films and hilarious romp projects from around the world, the British Independent Film Festival (BIFF) is returning to the British Museum in the heart of London for one night only!

Immerse yourself in the historic and awe-inspiring surroundings of this world-renowned cultural institution. With its iconic architecture and rich heritage, the British Museum provides a unique backdrop for this prestigious film festival.

Filmmakers, screenwriters, film fans and anyone who's simply curious are all welcome to join us for an evening of discovery.

Be among the first to see a captivating lineup of independent films from emerging and established filmmakers. From compelling dramas to flamboyant celebrations, each film promises to captivate your senses and spark conversations.

Gain unique insights into the creative process and behind-the-scenes stories with live Q&A sessions following the screenings featuring the talented filmmakers and hosted by BAFTA winning actor Stuart Brennan. The British Independent Film Festival will take place on May 11th, with our film screening starting at 6:30pm.

£15 early bird tickets are only available to purchase prior to our film lineup announcement on April 6th, in which general admission tickets will then be sold at £20. Tickets are only available in advance and booking will close 24hrs prior to the event. Booking early is advised to avoid missing this opportunity.
